What’s a Task?

A Task is a small design-related task that can be completed in a short period of time (ideally in 30 minutes or less). Examples would be a text or layout change to a business card or banner, color changes to an existing logo, minor photo retouching or basic image vectorization… almost any design adjustment that can be done quickly.

 

Who are Tasks for?

Tasks are especially helpful for businesses that have small design changes they need done fast. For example, take a big business that needs lots of small changes made to a range of projects. They can get them done through Tasks in less time than it would take to meet with an in-house designer .

 

What if something goes wrong?

If there’s a problem with a task, we’ll let you know about it by email and when you view the order status on our website. If a designer spots a problem with a task, they’ll send it back to the client with their comments.

If a client has a problem with a designer’s work, they’ll give the designer a chance to to revisit the task and finish the work to their satisfaction.

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes we do! We stand behind the quality of our product and will refund 100% of your money if you are unhappy with the service.
